Service Description
Using our personality assessment, we help participants recognise how resilient they are, whilst developing a greater understanding of their ability to maintain a balanced sense of well-being. Our coaches will also help participants understand how others impact on their resilience and stress levels, equipping them with a range of methods to manage and overcome challenging situations. Program overview: Participant psychometric debrief 4 remote coaching sessions Understanding our own emotions Techniques to reduce distraction & stress Mindfulness Instil basic gratitude habits Self-care, diet, exercise and social well-being Measuring, reflecting and learning from challenges Understanding and resolving differences Emotionally assertive communication Developing emotional resilience Behavioural awareness and self-management Managing team conflict Leading a team with resilience
