MHC collects personal data to help in the services we provide. We collect data about candidates i.e. those individuals completing the on-line application form and/or the on-line psychometric assessments.

The personal data we collect will include information such as your name and e-mail address and your responses to and the results of assessments administered through the site.

How do we use this personal data?

The personal data provided by you is used only in relation to the services we provide. Candidate information may be used anonymously for the purposes of amalgamating data. This enables us for example, to compare an individual with a representative sample, to view the data in groups, or to look at such things as demographic trends.

Do we use personal data for marketing purposes?​

We do not use candidate data for marketing purposes. Where a client (existing or potential) has registered a specific interest in the services we provide, we will contact and/or forward relevant information to the individual enquirer. Additionally, from time to time, we may contact our clients in order to provide information about MHC and our services.

Do we share the data collected?

Where appropriate we will pass candidate data to our clients in relation to a specific assignment. We do not share client data, neither do we share candidate data with other third parties.

How is this data safeguarded?

Access to your personal data is only provided to our staff and our clients as described above. We cannot take responsibility for any action a client may take in relation to the candidate data supplied to them by us, subsequent to the specific activity for which it was originally supplied.

Any policy changes, either due to business reasons or future changes in legislation, will be posted on this page.
